This initiative is being implemented in accordance with the law "On Youth" and involves the development of special programs that will be organized with the participation of state and local authorities.
Funding for these educational activities will come from the budgets of the relevant state institutions, as well as from other permitted sources.
The Ministry of Labor, Social Welfare, and Migration, along with the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy, will need to adapt their actions in accordance with the new regulation.
The new document will come into effect 10 days after its adoption.
