Previously, he held the position of deputy director at the State Youth Theater "Uchur" and also worked as the deputy general director at the Abubakir Izibayev Kyrgyz State Circus.
The State Youth Theater "Uchur" was founded in 2001 by graduates of the B. Beishenaliev Higher Theater School. The theater is located in Bishkek and is aimed at a youth audience. Earlier this year, the troupe received a new building (the former building of the private theater "Tunguch"), as they previously staged their performances on the stages of other theaters in the capital.
