The list of pledged assets includes:
- the landscaping and greening combine;
- the Osh municipal transport enterprise;
- MP "Oshvodokanal";
- MP "Osh bus station".
Zhyldyzbek Bolotbekov emphasized that over 2 billion soms received from the Ministry of Finance last year were used for road repairs and the construction of social facilities.
The issue of the city hall's debts is actively discussed on social media, where various amounts are mentioned. The city head, Janarbek Akayev, noted that exact figures could only be announced after the audit by the Accounts Chamber.
In turn, former mayor Zhenishbek Toktorbaev denied the claims of "unfounded debts," stating that the total debt to contractors amounts to 2.3 billion soms.
