The reason for the termination of the previously concluded agreement was that the establishment is located in a water protection zone. In this regard, the Land Use Control Department sent an official letter to the owner demanding the release of this municipal territory.
In response, the owners decided to dismantle the facility themselves. Currently, work on dismantling the structure and clearing the area has already begun.
