According to the provided information, the establishment is located in a water protection zone, which led to the termination of the previously signed contract. The owner received a notice from the Land Use Control Department demanding the release of the municipal territory.
As a result, the owner decided to carry out the dismantling independently. Currently, work is ongoing to dismantle the structure and clear the territory.
