
From March 11 to April 27, the Universiade is taking place in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. This information was provided by the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It is expected that between 2,500 and 3,000 students from various universities across the country will participate in this major student sports event.
The Universiade includes competitions in a variety of sports, such as football, volleyball, basketball, athletics, wrestling, and table tennis. This event will be an excellent opportunity to identify the best student teams and athletes of Kyrgyzstan.
The grand opening of the Universiade took place on March 11 in Bishkek. According to the organizers, the aim of the competitions is to promote student sports and advocate for a healthy lifestyle among the youth.
