During a joint meeting of the parliamentary groups "Isheni" and "Ala-Too" on March 13, he emphasized that the work of medical professionals is indeed challenging.
He noted: "Although they get very tired, it is important to provide services with due respect when patients approach. Make sure they are offered a seat and given a glass of water. We receive numerous complaints about rude treatment."
Tilek Mamadaliev, Deputy Minister of Health, agreed that such situations occur quite frequently.
He added: "As Chinghiz Aitmatov said, the greatest difficulty for a person is to remain human every day. Unfortunately, some staff sometimes behave in a way that makes us feel ashamed. I apologize for this. We will work on solving this problem," the deputy minister assured.
