Livestock breeders expressed their concern about the increase in livestock diseases observed in recent years. They highlighted the need for enhanced preventive measures, as well as the importance of timely diagnosis and prompt response from veterinary services.
In response, Erlis Akunbekov noted the priority of preventing epizootic risks in agricultural policy. He instructed the relevant services to strengthen veterinary control, monitor the epizootic situation, and activate preventive measures in farms while responding quickly to cases of animal diseases.
Additionally, it was reported that funds had been allocated from the republican budget for the purchase of biological products and laboratory diagnostic kits.
The Ministry urged livestock owners to responsibly approach the conditions of animal husbandry, promptly inform veterinary specialists about signs of diseases, and follow the recommendations of the veterinary service.
It is indicated that joint and coordinated actions will help ensure epizootic safety and sustainable development of livestock farming.
