Advisor to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic spoke at a conference in Moscow


Ruslan Myrzalimov, advisor to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and professor, was one of the participants in the III International Scientific and Practical Conference titled "Judicial Power and Court Organization." This information was provided by the press service of the Supreme Court. The conference took place at the Law Institute of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba.

The main theme of the event was important issues related to the development of judicial power and the improvement of the court organization system. Conference participants discussed the organization of the judicial system, principles of justice, independence of judges, digitalization of the judicial process, and international cooperation in the field of justice.

During the conference, a plenary session was held, as well as three sections dedicated to the following topics: Judicial Power and Public Law, Judicial Power and Private Law, and Problems and Trends in Court Organization.

Among the participants were judges, staff of judicial bodies, representatives of law enforcement agencies, ombudspersons with their teams, as well as representatives of alternative dispute resolution, lawyers, notaries, legal scholars, practicing lawyers, graduate students, and students.

Upon completion of the conference, a collective scientific monograph is planned to be published, which will include materials and research presented by the participants of the event.
