During the inspection, it was revealed that the under-construction nine-story residential building located at Vorkutinskaya, 35, 37, and 39 is not registered in the construction registry. Violations of construction norms were also identified during the work.
Based on this information, administrative measures were taken against the company, including the imposition of a fine.
In addition, the developer was issued a directive to cease all construction work until all identified violations are rectified.
Due to the lack of registration of the property in the registry, the Ministry of Construction sent an official request to law enforcement regarding the sale of this real estate.
The ministry also noted that inspections for illegal construction in Bishkek are conducted regularly.
