Representatives of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the country emphasized the importance of the Night of Decree for believers.
From March 16 to 17, Qadr Tun, also known as the Night of Decree, will take place in Kyrgyzstan. This was announced in a statement by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (DUMK).
This night is one of the most revered in Islam. According to Islamic teachings, it is during this period that the holy scripture — the Quran — was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad.
The muftiate noted that this night holds special value and is considered "better than a thousand months." It is believed that during this time, angels come to earth, and the prayers of sincere believers will surely be heard.
