The "Bala Yrysy" allowance will be provided in the amount of 1200 soms. This payment is available for citizens of Kyrgyzstan, as well as for children whose parents are migrants. Adel Zhomartova, the chief specialist of the state benefits department of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, spoke about this in the "Elden Sobol" program of the Kabar agency.
Among the conditions for receiving the allowance, it is necessary for the child to live with the mother, and for the parents not to be in migration.
To apply for the allowance, the following documents must be provided:
- mother's passport and child's birth certificate;
- presence of a PIN.
It should be reminded that at the beginning of March, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, signed a decree introducing a new monthly allowance for all children under three years old called "Bala Yrysy."
