Since 2011, with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers, 7 leasing projects have been implemented through OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank." These initiatives provide rural producers with access to agricultural machinery and processing equipment on favorable terms.
The leasing is arranged for a period of seven years at an interest rate of 6% per annum. Under the state leasing programs, 11,378 units of equipment have been issued for a total amount of 32 billion soms. Of these, in 2026, farmers received 1,089 units worth 3.7 billion soms.
These projects contribute to improving mechanization in agriculture and increasing production efficiency.
