This overpass connects Aitieva Street, and previously, residents of the city expressed concerns about a possible suspension of the project due to changes in conditions and financing.
Nevertheless, Nurdana Oruntaev confirmed the necessity of continuing the work. He assured the contractors that they need not worry about financial issues and should proceed with construction without interruptions.
“This project is important for the city of Osh and will help reduce traffic congestion. We are taking it under control and guaranteeing its completion. The contract will be handed over to the contractor, and work needs to not only continue but also accelerate,” emphasized the minister.
The ministry also clarified that the financing of the construction will be carried out using the budgetary funds of the department.
