The city hall held a meeting with property owners
According to information provided by the city hall, the demolition of 64 properties is planned in Bishkek, related to the construction of a new transport interchange at the intersection of Young Guards Street and Leo Tolstoy Street.
Vice Mayor Ramiz Aliyev met with businessmen whose enterprises are located on Young Guards Boulevard to discuss the situation.
The city hall also informed that the statuses of the land plots in the area of the proposed construction have already been determined. Out of the 64 properties, 16 have official land deeds, one of which has a "green book" for 49 years, and two others for five years. Work is ongoing to formalize the title documents for the remaining addresses.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to hold a follow-up discussion on March 24, 2026, which will take place at the Bishkek city hall. This meeting will address issues of compensation and payments to landowners.
