The discussion focused on the construction of a transport interchange and an overpass bridge that will connect the Young Guard Boulevard with Leo Tolstoy Street and Bakayev Street.
The city hall noted that the statuses of the land plots involved in the project have already been determined. In total, there are 64 sites in question.
According to information from the city hall, 16 sites have state ownership certificates, one of which is registered under the "green book" for a period of 49 years, and two others for 5 years. Work is ongoing to obtain the necessary documents for the remaining plots.

As a result of the meeting, it was decided to hold a follow-up discussion on March 24, 2026, at the city hall, where compensation issues for landowners will be addressed.
The Transport Department and other relevant services have been tasked with developing alternative routes during the construction period. The Land Use Control Department will also need to expedite the process of dismantling objects that may hinder construction.
