

During the meeting, the statuses of the land plots affected by the upcoming construction were determined. In total, the project includes 64 sites. For other plots, the work on formalizing property documents is still ongoing. The participants of the meeting agreed to hold a follow-up meeting on March 24 at the mayor's office to discuss compensation issues and payments to landowners.
The Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development, as well as other responsible services, were tasked with considering the possibility of organizing alternative routes for vehicles during construction work.
Additionally, the Land Use Control Department has been instructed to expedite the demolition of structures that may hinder the start of construction.
The start of construction work is scheduled for April 2026.
This project aims to improve the transport infrastructure of the capital, which will increase road capacity and reduce the load on transport flows in this area.
