During the meeting, specialists shared their experiences working in international clinics and proposed ideas for improving the healthcare system in Kyrgyzstan. Topics discussed included the implementation of modern medical technologies such as bronchoscopy and NGS diagnostics, as well as advancements in oncology, pulmonology, transplantation, and anesthesiology. Participants also touched upon issues related to hemodialysis, mobile clinics, and the simplification of licensing and training processes for doctors.




Among the proposals from most participants, the main focus was on staffing issues. Participants expressed a desire to assist in training Kyrgyz doctors, organizing internships, conducting lectures and expert reports, as well as attracting professors for surgeries and master classes.
The deputy ministers noted that the ministry views cooperation with foreign specialists as an important resource for developing the local healthcare system and will systematically create conditions for experience exchange. Plans for conducting online and offline meetings in countries with a large number of Kyrgyz doctors were also discussed, along with the possibility of participating in the Mirrahimov Readings and in reforms related to digitalization and staffing.
In conclusion, Bakytbek Kadyraliev emphasized that the state is interested in maintaining professional ties with compatriots working abroad.
Such meetings are planned to be held regularly.
