During the renovation process, the authentic appearance of the building was preserved. Decorative elements such as bas-reliefs and architectural patterns, which had long been in a neglected state, were restored.

Built in the 1970s, the "Ak-Suu" pavilion has become one of the most famous symbols of the city. For many years, it has been associated by the residents of the capital with ice cream and mineral water, being a popular place for relaxation and meetings.
The main goal of the renovation was to preserve the architectural heritage and restore the site's original purpose. After the opening, the pavilion will once again attract the attention of both locals and tourists, becoming one of the favorite spots for leisure.
