She emphasized that last year there were mass instances where parents registered their children at one address to ensure their admission to the desired school.
“As a result of the work carried out with school administrations, parents, and law enforcement agencies, we have come to understand that the responsibility primarily lies with the parents. Directors and teachers have been instructed to avoid repeating last year's mistakes. I hope that in 2026 we will not face similar situations,” Musaeva noted.
It is worth reminding that in 2025, cases of fictitious registration were identified, where some individuals, registered as legal representatives (guardians), submitted electronic applications based on forged documents. In particular, at school No. 29 in Bishkek, illegal enrollment of 86 children was recorded. Similar incidents occurred in other schools across the country. After verification, all data on illegally registered students was annulled.
