The document was signed by the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Azamat Kadyrov, and is dated March 4, 2026.
At the time of publication, there were no official comments from the city hall or other government bodies.
Previously, questions about the legality of placing various objects on adjacent territories and in the basements of residential buildings have been raised multiple times in Bishkek.
