Islamic Solidarity Games. Kyrgyzstan Athletes Won Their First Medals

The VI Islamic Solidarity Games are taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as confirmed by information on the official event website.
At the start of the competitions, Kyrgyz judokas Janar Zholdosheva (in the under 57 kilograms category) and Adina Kochkonbaeva (under 63 kilograms) were able to win silver medals.

Additionally, Begai Beishenaly kyzy, representing Kyrgyzstan, won gold in Uzbek wrestling (kurash). Islam Kamchybekov and Chyngyzhan Sagynaliev also showed good results, taking third places, although it is worth noting that the kurash competitions are held in a demonstration format and are not counted in the overall medal tally.

From November 7 to 21, the VI Islamic Solidarity Games are taking place in Riyadh, featuring 90 athletes from Kyrgyzstan competing in 19 sports, including three Paralympic disciplines.
