In the freestyle wrestling competition in the category up to 53 kilograms, Aruuke achieved victory over an athlete from Indonesia, which earned her the bronze award.

In previous matches, the Kyrgyzstani first defeated an opponent from Azerbaijan, but in the semifinals, she suffered a defeat against a wrestler from Uzbekistan.

Sezim Jumaanazarova, another representative from Kyrgyzstan, lost to Tekuk Achuak Jamila from Algeria in the battle for the bronze medal. Greco-Roman wrestler Roman Kim also could not secure third place.
