“I don’t allow myself to rest for too long after a victory. The next day I already want to get back to training, as discipline is very important to me. A long break can negatively affect my physical condition. If I’m not injured, I immediately start training again after the fight,” he noted.
He also recalled that after his victory in LFA, where he knocked out his opponent, he received an offer for a fight on short notice. “I agreed and was 100% ready,” added Myktybek.
