After his triumph, Myktybek shared his emotions with the fans. “This is my first time in Qatar, and it’s incredibly beautiful here. Thank you all so much!” he said to the enthusiastic applause of the audience.
The fighter emphasized that each of his matches has become a real show. “This is just the beginning, inshallah, I will become a champion. I am a mountaineer, a true fighter. As soon as the cage closes, I start to act... I want to express my gratitude to my mom, dad, brothers, and team,” he added.
Myktybek also thanked the government of Kyrgyzstan for supporting domestic sports. In the near future, he and his coaching staff will determine in which weight category he will continue to compete — 70 or 72 kilograms.
