Sezim competed in the under 57 kg category, where she fought four matches and ultimately finished in 4th place, failing to secure a bronze medal in the decisive bout.
“These Islamic Games were a true test for me, full of challenges and unforgettable moments. Due to an error in the application submission, I ended up in a different weight category. As a result, I had to lose 6 kg in one day, which was a serious challenge for me both physically and mentally,” she wrote on her social media.
