Regular classes were organized for all young, mostly talented actors. Directors M. Malamud and V. Molchanov, as well as leading actors, helped the youth master Stanislavsky's system, conducted classes on theater history, expressive reading, acting skills, etc. We are not even mentioning some special classes that were mandatory for the entire troupe. For instance, before the productions of "Hamlet" and "The Comedy of Errors," the actors were trained in rhythmoplastics, the ability to wear costumes from that era, and so on.

Youth performances played a significant role in creative growth, such as "Six Loved Ones" or "The House on the Outskirts." They were prepared during extracurricular time, finding rare "windows" between scheduled rehearsals and performances, and were done with enthusiasm and a strong desire to show what the youth could achieve.

The youth group of actors included L. Nelskaya, O. Popova, G. Solovyov, E. Prag, V. Skoropis, N. Ilchenko, I. Simonyan, and many others. Among them are very talented and promising creative workers. The patient work on nurturing these young talents, organized by the theater's leadership, allows us to hope that such promises will be fulfilled.

The artistic circles of amateur performance served as a reserve for replenishing the theater's creative staff. Many actors and directors dedicated their limited free time to assist amateur groups at clubs and educational institutions.

V. F. Kazakov, V. I. Molchanov, G. G. Karkotsky, A. M. Kramer, M. A. Sumorin, K. Ya. Ivanov, and many other artists conducted classes with amateur participants for several years. Two young actors, raised in the amateur group at the Palace of Pioneers, were included in the troupe — Volodya Skoropis and Natasha Ilchenko. Both of these talented actors received their initial skills during regular group sessions.

The artistic design of performances is invariably closely linked to the overall concept of the director. The chief artist of the theater is A. M. Zhitomirsky. One of his most successful works is the design of the performances "Hamlet" and "The Mirchans."

The young artist V. P. Aksenov has established himself as very capable. He is characterized by bright, joyful tones and an unwavering optimism in his worldview. Aksenov had to solve very complex tasks. For example, while preparing the decorations for "Aesop," he studied the art of ancient Greece and found a very simple yet convincing solution. An interesting work by Aksenov is the design of the performance "Light in the Valley."

Among the workers of the auxiliary shops, it is essential to highlight A. S. Potemkin — one of the oldest workers of the theater, a distinguished figure in the arts of the Kyrgyz SSR. For several years, Potemkin headed the hairdressing shop. His work is always distinguished by taste, excellent knowledge of materials, and insight into the psychology of the character.

It is also important to note the tireless workers behind the scenes, whose efforts significantly influence the success of the performance: the head of the furniture and props shop A. I. Durmanova, the chief stage machinist M. I. Ivlev, the head of the costume shop L. V. Akhmineva, and the head of the electrical shop M. A. Sobolev.

Recently, musical design has been taking an increasingly prominent place in the performances of the Russian theater. The collective has sought to enhance the emotional impact of the performance through music. The honored figure in the arts of the Kyrgyz SSR B. M. Kostromitinov has been very successful and fruitful in this work.
