Zhailobayev Umutbek Kemelovich

Film artist. Born on April 9, 1953, in the village of Bokonbaev, Ton District, Issyk-Kul Region. In 1977, he graduated from the Frunze Art School, then from the Faculty of Arts of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK, Moscow).

Since 1984, he has worked at the "Kyrgyzfilm" studio as a production designer for feature and animated films.

Since 1990, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic.
