As of the end of November 2025, OJSC "Aiyl Bank" announced a net profit of 7.8 billion soms. This was reported at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency by the bank's chairman, Tilek Alimdzhanov.
He also presented the current key financial indicators of the institution:
- assets - 199.5 billion soms,
- loan portfolio - 85.5 billion soms,
- deposit portfolio - 152.5 billion soms,
- equity - 29.4 billion soms.

The loan portfolio also showed notable growth: from 51.4 billion soms at the end of 2024 to 85.5 billion soms in 2025.
Speaking about government programs, Alimdzhanov reported that the total financing volume amounted to 5.86 billion soms, of which 5,076 loans were issued. These funds are directed towards supporting agriculture, preferential lending, gasification, development of breeding livestock, seed production, nursery management, as well as supporting consolidated producers and leasing projects.
“We continue to develop dynamically. Over 11 months, loans amounting to 66.9 billion soms were issued — almost double compared to last year,” he added.
“Aiyl Bank” is actively developing leasing services; this year, leasing worth 6.4 billion soms was issued, and more than 1,628 people became its recipients.
The head of the bank reminded that in 2022, “Aiyl Bank” received a license for Islamic financing from the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, three products are offered:
- Murabaha (financing),
- Mudarabah (deposits),
- Ijara Muntahiya Bittamlik (leasing of special equipment).

The bank is implementing contactless payment devices, such as bracelets and rings, and in 2025, it began issuing corporate Visa Business cards.
The “Aiyl Bank” network consists of 164 branches both in the country and abroad, including the head office, 40 branches, and 122 service points.
In 2024, the digital business platform “Berekе” was launched, along with a range of solutions for online lending and remote banking services for individuals and government institutions.

The bank has an international credit rating of S&P - B+/B with a "Stable" outlook and is preparing for a rating from Fitch Ratings. “Aiyl Bank” has also received awards from Mastercard and Visa Special Award & Pioneer in Visa Direct Payouts.
As part of the ESG agenda, the bank is implementing elements of robotics, which has saved 9,600 hours of working time. An internal chatbot named “Abai” is operating in test mode.
Separately, Tilek Alimdzhanov mentioned the agricultural festival “Aydоo Fest,” which has become a platform for combining traditional and modern approaches in agriculture. During the festival, a mechanization competition was held, the winners of which represented Kyrgyzstan at international competitions in Russia and took second place. The continuation of this festival is planned for the future.
