
Starting from 2025, the agricultural sector in Kyrgyzstan will receive support at a new level. Previously, there were only two programs offering preferential loans, but now their number has increased to five: FSH-13, CAPK, FOTP, as well as projects for breeding and seed production. This information was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
For 2025, 12 billion 242 million soms were planned, of which 11 billion 369 million soms have already been financed. Thus, the level of fund utilization amounted to 92.8%. The "Financing Agriculture – 13" program has been completed at 100%, while "Credit for the Agro-Industrial Complex" has reached a record level of 166%.
In addition, within the framework of the State Investment Program (SIP), 12 major investment projects are being implemented. With a revised budget of 9 billion 707 million soms, 6 billion 502 million soms have been utilized, which constitutes 67%.
As for capital investments, from a budget of 3 billion 348 million soms, 2 billion 162 million soms have been utilized, which is 64.6%.
