If previously, loans on preferential terms were provided only within the framework of two programs, in 2025 their number will increase to five, including the areas of "Financing Agriculture," "Credit for the Agro-Industrial Complex," as well as projects in breeding livestock and seed production.
Of the total amount allocated last year, which was 12 billion 242 million soms, 11 billion 369 million soms were actually utilized, accounting for 92.8% of the planned amount. The "Financing Agriculture - 13" program was completed at 100%, while "Credit for the Agro-Industrial Complex" was completed at 166%.
Additionally, within the framework of the State Investment Program, 12 major investment projects were implemented in the agricultural sector. Of the planned 9 billion 707 million soms, 6 billion 502 million were utilized, which is 67%. Positive dynamics are also observed in capital investments, where the utilization level reached 64.6%.
The Ministry emphasized that the achieved results in five key areas confirm the sustainable and consistent development of the country's agricultural sector, and state support yields significant results.
