An important national project called "30+20+10" has been launched in the country, aimed at the complete digitalization of the agricultural sector. The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry has proposed to expand the previous concept of "3+2" by adding a new aspect related to the processing of agricultural products.

The project includes the creation of a unified registry of farmers, where passport data, information about land plots, as well as data on machinery and equipment will be collected. Currently, the system has already registered over 400,000 farmers.

Key agricultural processes, such as phytosanitary control, plant quarantine, certification, as well as import and export operations, are now available in electronic form. This allows farmers to submit applications and receive necessary documents online, significantly saving time and reducing financial costs.

The results of the project are already noticeable in the regions. For example, Kubatbek Amanturav from the village of Jon-Bulak in the Naryn region, who is engaged in the fattening of horses and livestock, noted that digital solutions facilitate accounting and simplify the sales process. His bulls were recently sold for 90,000–95,000 soms, and interest from local residents remains high.
