A pilot version of the "E-phyto" system has been launched, which converts phytosanitary certificates into digital format and integrates with international systems.
By the end of this year, it is planned to complete the digitalization of pesticide and agrochemical registration, which will ensure transparency in import matters.
The operation of treatment facilities and pumping stations will be automated based on SCADA.
The veterinary sector is actively implementing the "Tulpar" and SIOJ systems, converting certificates, laboratory data, and inspections into online format.
The "Unified Water System" is being updated to ensure transparent accounting of water supply and related payments.
An AIS "Expertise" is also being developed, which will include electronic expertise, protocols, and certificates in the field of seed production and horticulture.
The main goal is to create a "Unified Personal Account"
The Ministry aims for every farmer, processor, or exporter to have the opportunity to:
submit applications in online format, upload necessary documents, pay for services, track the status of their applications, and receive electronic certificates and protocols through a unified digital platform.
The Minister emphasized that the Agro-Hackathon represents a unique platform for developing practical solutions that can be implemented as pilot projects and integrated into state information systems.
