The World Government Summit held in Dubai served as a platform for a side event titled 'Kyrgyzstan's Economic Growth Model "Snow Leopard": Government Accelerators, Institutions, and Investments'.
During this event, participants were shown a video illustrating Kyrgyzstan's experience in implementing the Emirati program 'Government Accelerators'.
Among the participants were the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev, the UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Mohammed Al-Mazrouei, as well as representatives from various Emirati and international organizations and business structures.
Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that the foundation of this economic growth model lies in three key aspects: government accelerators, strong institutions, and investments. He emphasized that the government accelerators program has brought significant changes to the public administration sector. As part of this program, the Kyrgyz government began implementing targeted 100-day reforms aimed at addressing pressing issues. To date, 17 reforms have been implemented, which have significantly simplified procedural actions in areas such as construction, preschool education, healthcare, land legislation, international transportation, and logistics. Excessive bureaucratic procedures have also been eliminated, greatly speeding up the decision-making process.
"It is important to note that the results of the reforms have been positively received by our people," he added.
