On January 15, 2026, the official opening of the Rox Center took place in Bishkek — a new building constructed by the Rox Group on Chuy Avenue. The event was attended by Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, who was the honorary guest of the event.
During his visit, Kasymaliev familiarized himself with the history of the "Aiperi" building and the stages of its reconstruction, carefully listening to the developer's presentation about the restoration process.
The investor RCA Living also presented the main achievements of Rox Group in Kyrgyzstan, including the development of the RCA Living, Rox Energy, and Rox Living Global brands.

Completing his working trip, Kasymaliev visited the construction site of the investment project "Royal Central Park," which is being implemented by the Vietnamese company Rox Group.
A company representative presented the current status of the construction works and explained that the project is conceived as a modern multifunctional complex that combines residential and public areas.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers emphasized the importance of adhering to quality standards and environmental regulations during large-scale construction, as well as the significance of such investment projects for updating the architectural appearance and infrastructure of the capital. He also noted the support from the state for businesses.
"We, the Cabinet of Ministers, are doing everything possible to create comfortable conditions for investors. The doors of the Government are open to you 24/7," Kasymaliev stated.
As a result of the visit, the minister issued a number of instructions to relevant city services and government agencies regarding the further development of Bishkek's infrastructure and support for significant investment initiatives.
