Rox Center, following the philosophy of "Reviving Heritage," has transformed the historic Aiperi building into a new interpretation.
On January 15, 2026, the grand opening of Rox Center took place on Chuy Avenue in Bishkek, carried out by the Rox Group of Companies. The Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, participated in this significant event.
During his visit, the Prime Minister familiarized himself with the history of the Aiperi building and its reconstruction process, listening to a detailed presentation from the developer about the work done and changes made.
The investor RCA Living also shared with the event participants the main achievements of Rox Group in Kyrgyzstan, including the promotion of the brands RCA Living, Rox Energy, and Rox Living Global.

In addition to architecture, Rox Center emphasizes the creation of a living space where high technology intertwines with art. Under the slogan "Creating Convenience," the concept of the mega-project Royal Central Park was demonstrated through models and technological solutions that allow one to see the scale, infrastructure, and philosophy of modern living.
At the end of his business trip, Adylbek Kasymaliev visited the construction site of the investment project "Royal Central Park," which is being implemented by the Vietnamese company Rox Group.
A company representative spoke about the progress of construction and noted that the project involves the creation of a multifunctional complex that combines residential and public spaces.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of adhering to high quality standards and environmental regulations during large-scale construction, as well as the significance of such projects for the renewal of the architecture and infrastructure of the capital. He also noted the support from the government for businesses.
“We are doing everything possible to create comfortable conditions for investors. The government is always open for dialogue,” said the head of the cabinet.
As a result of the visit, Kasymaliev instructed city services and government agencies on the further development of Bishkek's infrastructure and support for investment initiatives.
