The First May District Court of Bishkek has decided to change the preventive measure for Aibek Tenizbay to a written undertaking not to leave. This information appeared on social media.
“Aibek will spend the New Year with his mother and relatives! Huge thanks to lawyer Zhanish Barakov and everyone who supported Aibek!” — his relatives shared.
For reference, Aibek Tenizbay was detained on December 11 on charges of inciting interethnic hatred.
