The lawyer reported that the judge of the Pervomaisky District fully satisfied the petition of the investigator from the Bishkek office of the State Committee for National Security.
The activist has been charged under the article concerning "Incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious, interregional enmity (hatred) by a group of persons" in the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, based on the results of a linguistic examination. The criminal case was initiated by an investigator from the GKNB.
It is worth reminding that information about the detention of Aibek Tenizbay appeared on the morning of December 11, when he was taken away in an unknown direction by men who identified themselves as law enforcement officers.
