Aibek Tenizbay will be held in custody for 48 hours, and the court hearing for the case will take place on December 12 at the Oktyabrsky District Court in Bishkek. He has been charged with "inciting racial, ethnic, national, religious, or interregional hostility."
"The criminal case was initiated based on a linguistic examination. The investigator provided us with the examination report, which we reviewed. It analyzes Tenizbay's publications on YouTube and social media, which revealed signs of inciting hostility.
