The finale was the culmination of a multi-week marathon and demonstrated a high level of vocal mastery, stage design, and international cooperation, turning the project into an important platform for cultural exchange between nations. The scale and format of Silk Way Star are already being compared to global music competitions such as Eurovision.

Seven talented participants from Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan performed in the finale. Each of them sang songs in their native language, showcasing the diversity of cultural heritage and vocal traditions of their countries. The vibrant performances of the finale were designed with original stage images developed by Kazakh stylists specifically for this event, as throughout the entire project. The winner of Silk Way Star was Michelle Joseph from Mongolia.

Her name was announced by Dimash Kudaibergen, the People's Artist of Kazakhstan, who became a symbol of this project.

During the award ceremony, the winner was presented by Van Dalu, head of the Eurasia Bureau of China Media Group, and Raushan Kazhibaeva, General Director of the President of Kazakhstan's Television and Radio Complex.

“In June of this year, during a meeting between the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the Chairman of China Xi Jinping, a document was signed to launch an international music project involving 12 countries. I express my sincere gratitude to Erlan Tynymbayuly for creating this idea and trusting the Jibek Joly channel. I also want to thank our colleagues from China Media Group and its head Shen Haixun for their support of the project. The preparation of the finalists involved Kazakh teachers, choreographers, directors, and technical specialists. The show included unique creative solutions that made the finale unforgettable and spectacular,” noted Raushan Kazhibaeva.

The selection of the winner of the first season of Silk Way Star was carried out using a combined system: 50% — jury evaluation, 50% — results of online voting on the website silkwaystar.org.

The grand finale was broadcast live on the Jibek Joly channel, as well as simultaneously in Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia. Throughout the project, millions of viewers from different countries followed the performances of the talented performers. Silk Way Star was implemented as part of an agreement between the President of Kazakhstan's Television and Radio Complex and the China Media Group (CMG).
