In Kyrgyzstan, there are only a few days left until the elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. The voting date is set for November 30. The campaigning of candidates participating in the elections across 30 districts began on November 10. However, on November 29, 24 hours before the opening of polling stations, campaigning will be halted. On this day, early voting outside polling stations will also take place.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, more than 10,000 law enforcement officers will be deployed in an enhanced mode on the day of silence to prevent possible violations.
In Kyrgyzstan, 30 electoral districts have been formed for the elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh, with three deputies to be elected from each district. In total, the parliament will consist of 90 deputies.

The Central Election Commission has registered 461 candidates to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
Some candidates have withdrawn from participation and received warnings.
In the last days before the elections, several candidates decided to withdraw their candidacies. At the meeting on November 27, the Central Election Commission annulled the registration of Lyra Akunova and Gulnaz Khalilova, who were nominated from multi-mandate districts No. 22 and No. 24. Their applications to withdraw from the elections led to the cancellation of their registration in accordance with the law.

Under the law, individuals disseminating knowingly false information about candidates or defaming their honor and dignity may be subject to criminal or administrative liability.
The Central Election Commission continues to review violations of election campaigning, and based on the recommendations of the working group, some candidates have already received warnings or been fined. Complaints from candidates are also being considered, not all of which are satisfied.

According to the Central Election Commission, 4,294,243 citizens are registered in the voter lists:
men — 2,081,514 (48.47%);

There will also be 27 remote voting points at airports, major markets, shopping centers, pre-trial detention centers, medical institutions, and other crowded places.

Remote voting for the first time
The early elections will be held under an updated system. In Kyrgyzstan, 30 multi-mandate districts are being created, and for the first time, a remote voting system will be implemented. The new equipment allows processing voter data in less than a minute and serving up to 800 people in 12 hours. These measures aim to facilitate the voting process and increase voter turnout.

The Central Election Commission has registered 788 international observers, including representatives from various missions, including the CIS, the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS, the Organization of Turkic States, and others.
