The boundaries of the district cover the following territories: Tunguch microdistrict, Ruhiy Muras, Kara-Jygach, MTU-406 in the Altyn-Ordo of the October district of Bishkek, as well as the Uzun-Kyr, Jaiylma, Ak-Kuduk, Zheek, Kochkorbaev, Nurmanbetov, Ken-Bulun, Syn-Tash, and Ysyk-Ata rural districts completely, including the city of Kant itself.
