The leadership of the Ak-Turpak rural administration has submitted a request for funding through a co-financing (incentive) grant.
As reported on the "Open Budget" portal, the amount of own funds is set at 380,373 soms from the local budget of the mayor's office for 2025, while the need for the co-financing (incentive) grant is 1,900,000 soms.
Problem description:
“The building of the kindergarten 'Altyn-Ai' in the village of Zhany-Zher in the Kadamjay district is in unsatisfactory condition. The poor state of the building negatively affects the quality of the educational process, failing to create adequate conditions for the daily work of educators and children. The lack of repairs hinders the full operation of the kindergarten and impacts the quality of preschool education in the village. The roof of the building needs to be replaced, as water drips during rain.”
