Currently, it is known that the service vehicle, a "VAZ 2121" ("Niva"), allocated to the head of the rural administration of the Uch-Korgon rural district in the Aksy district, is now in one of the workshops in the city of Kerben.
According to updated information, the service vehicle, manufactured in 2025, was involved in a traffic accident on November 25 in the territory of the Kosh-Dobo rural district. As a result of the accident, the windshield was shattered, and the longitudinal member was deformed, after which the vehicle has been in the workshop for about 20 days.
Regarding this incident, the correspondent contacted the head of the Uch-Korgon rural administration, Rysbek Babanazarov. He reported that since his appointment on December 3, he has been using his personal vehicle for 10 days and was not informed about the service vehicle.
“I was appointed to this position on December 3. At that time, there was no service vehicle available. When I inquired about what happened to it, I was told that it had been in an accident. Before my appointment, the duties of the head of the rural administration were performed by the current deputy, Esen Dobulbekov. On December 5, the deputies gathered for a session and, reminding that the service vehicle was completely new, demanded that it be restored or replaced. On the same day, I took an explanation from him and instructed to bring the vehicle into proper condition,” the head of the rural administration reported.
For his part, Esen Dobulbekov confirmed the fact of the accident. “Indeed, the accident occurred on November 25. At that moment, I was driving, my blood pressure suddenly rose, and I swerved into a ditch by the roadside. Currently, the vehicle is in the workshop, and it should be restored in the coming days,” he said.
Turmush reported that on August 31, 2025, the country's Independence Day was celebrated at the republican level in the city of Manas. As part of the celebration, President Sadyr Japarov, in order to renew the vehicle fleet, provided all heads of rural administrations with service vehicles of the "Lada Niva" and "Chevrolet Tracker" brands, manufactured in 2025. Among the recipients of the service vehicles was also the Uch-Korgon rural administration.
