In the Kadamjay district, in the Ak-Turpak ayil, a touching event called "I Miss the Bread Baked by My Mom" ("Апам жапкан нанды сагындым") took place, during which local women visited the soldiers guarding the country.

As reported by Oomina Akhmatova, the chairwoman of the women's council of the Ak-Turpak ayil okmotu, this initiative involved mothers who personally prepared traditional Kyrgyz dishes for the soldiers. The menu included kattama, borsok, tandoor bread, patir, uuz-kaymak, and many other treats.
“Our defenders often longed for home-cooked meals made by their mothers, so all the dishes were prepared with love. We baked tandoor bread, made kattama and borsok, and treated them to patir and uuz-kaymak. Hot meals were also prepared on-site to convey warmth and care to the soldiers,” she shared.

In addition to the treats, the mothers sang songs, creating a joyful atmosphere and festive mood for the soldiers.
