According to estimates, 34,655.7 million soms were invested in the construction of individual residential properties over the 11 months of 2025, which is 5.3% more than in January-November 2024.
At the same time, the share of funds allocated for individual housing construction amounted to 12.2% of the total investment volume, compared to 13.6% in the same period of 2024.
The largest number of new individual residential houses—77.1%—were built in Jalal-Abad, Chui, and Osh regions, as well as in the city of Bishkek.
In rural areas, 646.7 thousand square meters of individual housing were commissioned, accounting for 55.1% of the total construction volume.
