The G. Aitiev Museum of Fine Arts in Bishkek is organizing a master class dedicated to the sewing and embroidery of the traditional belt "beldemchi".
The session will be led by Turar Turganaly, a designer and member of the Union of Artists of Kyrgyzstan, who shares his experience and skills, passing them down from generation to generation.
Participants will be able to master the intricacies of creating a beldemchi and develop their creative abilities under the guidance of a professional in a friendly atmosphere.
The master class will take place on January 17 (Saturday) at 11:00.
The participation fee will be 300 soms, and tickets can be purchased at the museum's box office.
Participants will need to bring fabric (velvet or corduroy) measuring 1m x 1.5m, as well as embroidery threads, needles, and scissors.
The number of places is limited — only 10 participants.
