On December 6, a unique master class titled "Mandala of Wishes" will take place at the National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev.

According to information provided by the museum, the term "Mandala" translates from Sanskrit as "circle" or "disk."

"The creation of a Mandala holds sacred significance, and prolonged concentration on coloring its elements serves as a form of meditation that promotes deep self-discovery," the museum emphasized.

The structure of the master class includes the following stages:

- Theoretical introduction: participants will learn about the meaning of the Mandala and the basic principles of working with it;

- Psychological preparation aimed at formulating personal desires;

- Practical drawing;

- An exercise focused on developing skills of acceptance and giving;

- Reflection;

- Completion of drawing (final touches);

- Final stage.
