A master class was held at Osh State University, organized in the context of the international exhibition Art Expo, where young and experienced directors from the CIS shared their experiences. The press service of the Ministry of Culture reported on this event.

Students and faculty from the Faculty of Arts and Culture of OshSU, as well as young filmmakers from the city of Osh, gathered for the event.

During the master class, participants were shown two short films. After the screening, a discussion took place where the directors shared their opinions. Oleg Boriskevich from Belarus presented his work "Auschwitz. Twins" and talked about how to convey historical tragedy through the lens of human stories. Azerbaijani director Murad Shukurlu showcased his short film "Once in Bunchu" and discussed with young colleagues the importance of creative freedom and preserving cultural characteristics in cinema.

The main goal of the project is to develop professional and creative interaction between young directors from CIS countries, exchange cultural values, and promote the progress of contemporary cinema.
