According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture, this event has been held at the museum since 2016 and will become a tradition. The opening of the exhibition will take place on March 5, 2026, in its halls.
The submitted artworks should follow the theme "Water," which encompasses:
- water as a natural phenomenon and symbol;
- water as a symbol of movement, purification, and renewal;
- water as a metaphor for life and a source of inspiration.
Submissions are accepted in painting, graphics, decorative and applied arts, photography, as well as multimedia projects. Watercolor works are especially welcome, as their transparent and fluid nature beautifully conveys the essence of the exhibition, as noted in the announcement.
Each participant may submit from one to three works that have not been previously exhibited in the museum. The works must be prepared for exhibition (including frames, mats, and stretchers). For multimedia and photographic works, the necessary technical specifications should be provided.
Submissions will be accepted until February 20, 2026, at the Osh Regional Art Museum.
